Booking Policies:  Bookings must require a 25% retainer, signed contract! Any missing information on the contract must be filled out at least 1 month prior to your event/ service date!   

 

Bridal Previews: Bridal Previews aka Trials are to be booked Monday-Thursdays. Weekends are held for special events and bookings! 

What can you expect during your Bridal Previews: Previews are usually booked 1-3 hours, we can build and create up to 3 looks during this service! So please come prepared with multiple inspiration photos!

 

Skin Care & Hair Care: Some of our team members are Beauty Advisors, Hair Stylists and Estheticians. We are happy to give professional advice to improve your hair and skin before your wedding! We also love to give out customized product recommendations! 

What to Wear: We love to create  a bridal atmosphere, please come dressed in either white, your specific bridal colors or something off the shoulder! This will allow the makeup to fit right in with the Bridal Vibes! 

 

Travel and Parking: We travel all over Alberta, travel fees pretin to each service provider that is traveling to you. If there is paid parking, valet or toll fees this amount will be included in the final invoice if applicable! 

 

Payment: The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the makeup artist departs — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract. Any payment not completed by the end of the wedding day will be given a 3-day notice to be paid out if payment is not paid out by specified date collections will be filed. Discounts only apply to Makeup and cannot be used on travel expenses.

 

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 3 months (90) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. No Refunds in case of cancelations.
